Established in 1995 the Maumee Bay Brewing Co. operates out of the Historic Oliver House creating delightfully drinkable ales, lagers, porters, stouts and the like. Though potentially best known for brewing Toledo’s own Buckeye Beer, Maumee Bay Brewing Co. is always concocting new surprises in the brew house across the street from the main complex. Our Brewers thrive on the history that is ever present in the Warehouse District while still incorporating innovative ideas to craft well balanced recipes and produce all of your favorite brews. The Historic Oliver House is also home to The Maumee Bay Brew Pub, Rockwell’s Steakhouse, The Rockwell’s Lounge, The Café, and Mutz Sports Bar.
