Sevice was excellent. But I had $400.00 covered by insurance for my glasses. And still had to pay $399.00 more on top of my benefit. I thought that was a little pricey.

I have been a customer for near 20 years and have found the customer service to be exceptional. The staff is fun and friendly and they all have an artistic eye for what eyewear will complement a person's face. My face is petite and most adult frames do not fit. Vicky went out of her way to ask a sales rep to come in and show me an entire collection of very cute petite frames. My entire family shops here and everyone has been very pleased with the wonderful service.

Worst place to buy glasses. Staff is lazy and irresponsible. Taken also 3 weeks to make a simple pair of glasses. Even WalMart is better.
