My husband purchase several pieces of jewelry from osterman jewelers. That last purchase was my wedding set. It's been 31/2 years since his purchase. The main set fell off my ring last night. I took it to the location we bought it from to be fixed. The manager told me she would have to charge me to fix my ring. They say their product stands the test of time. Obviously not, because my fell apart in little after 3 1/2 years and they won't fix it without charging me. If my husband was still alive ,he would be just as disappointed as I, with the way they have handled our customer service. I will never purchase anything from Ostermans again. I will tell family and friends not to purchase from them as well. Trust company since 1922 that doesn't stand behind their product, very disappointing. Brenda Keefe
