Food is great. Service is slow and somewhat sarcastic both times I have had to call to clarify something. I order two to three times a week for our office (spending $30+/week). Plus, I always tip 15%.



Today, I accidentally ordered for pick up instead of delivery using my app for the first time. After an hour and a half, I called when I realized the mistake I MADE.



I acknowledged my mistake. The person "in the front" told the person I was talking to that the food was ready for pick up over an hour ago. I am wondering why someone would not have called to check to see what the situation was if the food was sitting there for an hour with a $26.00 order that has already been paid for with a 15% tip. Also, I would think that with a 15% tip an employee would realize that it was for delivery. I do not generally tip when I pick up, I do not know of anyone who picks up food and tips 15%.



I would have given the establishment a five if I had not received an "attitude" each time I called. I still tip well even though service is slow. I might have to go back to JImmy Johns.



I also usually only review when it is a positive experience. However, this is annoying.
