Management does nothing but harass people always throwing the fine print at you but doesn' t hold up there end of the contract. They over charge on the water and sewer. They have tree trimmers out dropping limbs on your roof and damaging it then tell you it s your problem. If your auto pay from your bank sends your rent a day late you get an eviction notice, Not a good place to invest your money in a home. Lot rent is higher than most in Toledo and goes up every year. Money hungry thieves in my opinion. If I knew half of what I know now I would have never bought here. Some people have to hire lawyers to recover over charges and to get them to quit harassing them. They don t enforce load stereo s at all hours of the night but will write you up if you have a weed growing in your gutter.. Would not recommend to anyone.
