Disgusting customer service. A customer behind me started honking at me, and ran up to tell me he watched my taillight get damaged during a wash. At first I was promptly taken care off by an older gentleman at the newer Russ on secor (near taco bell). Instructed me the steps, caring and understanding (HE NEEDS TO REPLACE MIKE). Was told I need to speak to Mike. After meeting with Mike the next day, I was told, given Mike's very expert advice (that's sarcasm) that tail lights are apparently glued on to cars (you know, not the bolts or clips that are clearly damaged as I tried to show him). Since he claimed it was glue, he said "see ya" (I kid you not). I'm not sure in what world car companies get away with glueing on tail lights, but I'm quite sure Lincoln does not glue an entire tail light to a SUV metal car (funny enough, Mike was not able to show me where the glue was that held the tail light on). Based on the other reviews here, I can see I'm not the only one and Russ has done nothing about this. Very disappointed. Customer for over two years with their highest paid monthly plan and this is how I'm, and apparently others on this page, are treated.



Russ had the chance to make it right (I never screamed, got upset, or acted like the world owed me anything), but failed to make it right which is when Mr. Nice Guy no longer works. I will be sure to share the word about my experience today, but more importantly how you had the chance to make it right and failed epically. Next stop is my lawyer.
