Been going here for about 6 years for phone upgrades, had never really been impressed before with the store, but didn't really have any complaints. The sales/rep techs are decently friendly, decently, but horrid at explaining the outcome of your purchase. I got put on the leasing program and nothing was explained properly to me, nothing, plus cheaper leasing program offered through online, all that plus I ordered my phone on a sunday was told it would be in on a Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest and they'd call when it came in. No call on Wednesday, so I called Thursday to see if it was in and they assured me it would be in tomorrow. I preceded to call the next few days with the same run around. Finally was upset and done with the run around and asked what was really going on to which they seemed unsure. No explanation was reached. 3 days layer called and was told it wasa warehouse issue and I could expect to get it in 3 to 5 days, in the end a phone that was supposed to take 3 days tops...took 3 weeks. If you need your phone fixed, go here, if you need new phone and good honest service go else where.

These folks will go out of their way to help, they are knowledgeable and replaced my phone as a manufacturer's defect so I wouldn't have to file and insurance claim and pay my $100 deductible. GO SEE THEM, they are the best!!!!!!
