I disagree with the previous two reviews. I had a great experience living here. My room was furnished with high quality pieces. The kitchen was very modern, which is great for a cook like myself. The location was phenomenal! I would regularly attend Mud Hens games and loved the atmosphere of Downtown Toledo. I would definitely live here if I ever work in Toledo again.

Terrible place to live. check out the reviews on yelp. Screw u with the contract, basically have to get things explicitly written out, worse than buying a car lol. There are better places to live. Glad I moved out.

As everyone has stated in this review run, baby run. Our loft was flooded and they put us up for 2 days on the third day my wife called and the manager and asked about staying longer and who was going to pay and she said thats not our problem that's why you have renters insurance. We broke our lease and moved. We are taking them to small claims court because they said we never turned in keys, there was damage to the counter top, and they kept about half of the money that was due to us. There is a 500.00 fee for breaking the lease. They should have just used curtains between the apartments. They sold us on you will never hear your neighbors, this is a none smoking building, and problems are taken care of right away. We could hear our neighbor below talking on her phone. Living downtown is great but Maybe someplace else.. The gate was always broken and my truck got broken into. Wie filed complaints after complaints and they never took care of any of them.

Run from this place...we were there only 4 months and broke our lease. Problems from day one. The walls are paper thin. The manager doesn't have a clue or just plan doesn't know. We complained and sent everything in and nothing ever gets taken care of. If you want to party 24/7 then this is your place, if you smoke this is your place if you want your car towed this is your place. It appears they used the cheapest of cheap on everything. Just look at the outside and that will tell all. Loud music, parties on the top deck, 24/7... It's a beautiful building but comes up really short.. Run,run, run...get everything in writing .. If you turn in your keys make sure she signs for them.... I could go on but there not enough space...

The service here is terrible. If you decide to move here for the location just be sure to get a dirt cheap price, because once you're sold the management doesn't care about the tenant. Before you sign a contract be sure you ask for every outrageous perk possible and make sure everything you think is implicit is explicitly written out. They'll probably offer to take a hundred off your rent, but that is just a ploy and something that everyone gets if they pay the rent before the 1st of the month. Be sure to ask for much more than a hundred off the asking price. The apartments are over-priced when you consider the lack of quality in service and help once you move into the apartment. I've spoken with several residents who are incredibly dissatisfied with their agreement. The property manager either has no power, or frankly doesn't care. I believe its the latter, so get everything explicitly written out in the lease and don't accept anything near the asking price.
