Do Not Live in any of these apartments.
Perrys Lake is not a safe place to move to.

They have poor conditions around the property, and alot of damage to the wooden fences around the air conditioners. They swich locks with other apartment doors then charge you 50 dollors, and expect you to feel safe in your apartment. There is alot of cars with Tinted windows pulling in and out.

I’m going to express myself as simply as possible. Avoid this company at all costs. They literally DO NOT care. I promise. Everyone is moving; I missed on a House last year because of my lease “auto” renewed for another years. Nah. Doesn’t make any sense. I stayed the year just to save more. Their establishment(s), in the hallways, smell so badly. Your water will ‘cut’ off at any given time (longest period was 5 hours without water). They do NOTHING to regulate. Unless you’re into sociological experiments; avoid these people. I hated that place. It’s a money trap.

I lived in there heathbriar apartents and the manager on site is horrible! Yeah they have low prices but it's not worth it when u move out u will receive a bill that's way off and full of lies! I will be taking them to court!!

Do not move into any of the Whitehurst Co apartments. This is an extremely poor ran company. They are only out to take advantage of their renters. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

They own the walbridge apartments were i currently live. Maintenance is is joke. If you need something repaired they will get to it next year. Your electricity is tied into the building lights in the hallway way so they don't have to pay for it. Office hours are when they feel like being there or call you back. Hallways smell like dog pee all the time along with being dirt. Don't walk in the grass cause people don't clean up after animals. You pay for water at the price they tell you. If you have a problem with loud music playing that you can hear over your tv, drunk parties till the morning hours, or people knocking on your door threatening your family. Not there problem call the cops. This company are slum lords and even if you try to move they give you a bad reference cause the can't find anybody to rent to so they try to keep you there.
