DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Worst place ever.

Do not live at this apartment complex UNLESS you would like a super high electric bill, stray cats all over the place, crazy/shady neighbors, poor maintenance, nobody in the office when you need them, mold growing under the sink, and high rent for the place you get.

The first night I moved in, my neighbor across from me came over my apartment, tried to open my screen door to get in, asked me for money, and when I said I didn't have any she then proceeded to ask me if I could go to the ATM to get her some cash. When I asked the landlord if I was at risk of being robbed, the landlord told me "no; dont worry your neighbor is addicted to prescrption pain pills and has mental issues, but she's harmless". I slept with a hammer/mace underneath my bed for the entire year. I got a hate letter from an obese neighbor because I was parked in "her" parking spot. FYI there are no parking permits/reserved spots (she didnt want to walk the extra two feet from another spot)...parking is first come first serve. Oh and that same week I mysteriously had a nail give me a flat tire. The neighbor who lived behind me smoked so much pot that my apartment reeked (yes you can smell smoke through the walls) . If you look in the attic you will see there is about a foot of wall missing that should divide back to back apartments. Another time, one of my neighbors WALKED IN my apartment without my knowledge while I was in the BATHROOM.

And dont forget about the cat lady. My neighbor fed so many stray disgusting cats, which dug HOLES in my landscaping and ATTACKED MY DOG. It took the maintenance man ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR to set traps to get rid of the cats..even though I had been asking for it to be done for almost a year. At one time there was up to five cats hanging around. They lay on the vents in the winter (good luck if you have allergies).

THE UTILITY BILLS,OH MY GOSH. First of all there is only ONE vent in the ENTIRE apartment (which I also had to have replaced because it didnt work)...this one vent has to heat/cool the ENTIRE apartment. Not to mention the windows, doors, walls and ceiling leak so much air that you either have to put plastic over the entire window or accept a huge electric bill. MY MONTHLY ELECTRIC BILL~$150.00.I lived by MYSELF. The electric appliances are so old that they vampire electricity whether you use them or not.

READ IF YOU ARE A WOMAN AND WANT TO LIVE BY YOURSELF: you will become the new spectacle. Even though I clearly had an engagement ring, the male neighbors will hound you (and they are creepy). I had a man probably 25 years older than me ask me out on a date (AFTER I had just told him I was getting married). Another man kept coming to my door to invite me over for dinner. Another safety note: one night while walking my dog I heard a woman screaming for help in the woods behind the apartment compex. I called the police but they couldnt find anything. The woods go far back and theres no lighting.

THIS PLACE IS GROSS=anything under the kithen sink will be damp because the dishwasher makes everything like a sauna under there (MOLD GROWS). The toilet leaked and some sort of sick orange crap grew behind it.BUGS get everywhere(the windows and doors leaked horribly, probably where the bugs got in.

They will try to tell you that living there is cheap...then you get the 25.00 water/garbage bill, the 150.00 electric bill, the rent (460.00+), not to mention if you want cable, internet, phone, a pet (30.00 more a month+ 200 pet fee).....my monthly bills for that place were commonly 800.00 or more every month.

Also, when I moved out the landlord "forgot" to do the walkthrough with me, told me to put my keys in the drop box,and a month later got a bill for 150.00 (they took my 200.00 deposit) for "carpet/floor cleaning" and "a broke blind". 350.00 for cleaning a carpet and a broke blind??

DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL HATE EVERY MINUTE AND REGRET IT.
