My wife and I loved the job they did, we had standard Formica countertops and with the help from Universal we got the kitchen of our dreams. You gotta check out the place the manager gave us a tour of the shop, showed us the granite slab they were using for my home and I'm completly satisfied with the installation. Thank you UMG I highly recommend you!

They were great to work with, workers were on time professional and I had a quick turn around time for installation.Price was extremely low compared to other company's I went to. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Although countertops were measured for twice before installation, countertop arrived for computer desk 4 inches too narrow. So had to wait for them to get a new one made, this was on a Wednesday promised to here by Friday when they could work us back into their schedule. 1 week later had to call them as they had not called back. We were promised they would be there at 5pm on Monday and they were a no show no call. Got a hold of the scheduler who apologized and stated they would work it into our schedule just name a time - time was given and they did not show up! Finally showed and installed, however I forgot to mention that with the first shot at installation they forgot to bring a dishwasher installation kit and were supposed to bring it with them when they came back to install computer desk counter - you guessed it this did not happen either. We were told they would overnight FedEx it to us, but that was 3 weeks ago and still no kit! Friendly staff, but very poor follow through.

I went to several granite shops with their fancy showrooms and high prices but was not impressed. When I walked into Universal Marble and Granite I recieved friendly service minus the attitude. Also found out that the owner oversees all the work, which impressed me. Since the color that I was looking for was already in stock and did not have to go anywhere else, I recieved a better deal then I would have gotten at the other places. They installed it right on schedule and it looked wonderful. All my neighbors are envy my kitchen and bathrooms. Exceptional quality and an exceptional price.
