This was the worst experience I've had with customer service in a long time. I took my car in for a simple cylinder misfire. The work took two full business days to complete, after I was told it would only take half of one day. The cost was $150 (which was fine). The problem was when I drove away the check engine light came on and the car began to shake severely while idling. I called Paul Kruthaup and told him the problem. He told me to call back the following Monday and he would get my car in again. In the mean time the car began to run even worse. I called and left a message on Monday and got no response. Tuesday Mr. Kruthaup finally answered and told me I would need another part that cost $100. I was willing to bring it back but told him (very casually) that I found the part for cheaper. That is when he became extremely rude. He said "if you think you know so much why don't you take it somewhere else". So that's what I did. I lost $150 plus the cost of taking it to a real shop. I'm writing this review in hopes that you won't make the same mistake I did.
