I have seen Wiley,s go down in their standards in the last couple of years. There is no more structure in the company like there use to be. Knowing the company and several employees it seems things got worse when they did away with housr managers,now there is'nt any structure in the homes that the residents need. They are going thru staff left and right and that is'nt good for the residents. With teamleaders there is differant rules for everyone(depending on if they like you or not),no more of houses all going on same rules. There is'nt an responsabilty for the teamleaders(they do and say whatever they want) with the office backing them up. I have heard of many incidents that are being swept under the rug that would never happen before,or get Wiley's in a lot of trouble. If you try to stand up for things you know are'nt right (you are required to)you dont get a answer(by answering phone calls) or a resalotin. There is alot of resident and staff issues that are'nt being taken care of. Teamleaders are raking up overtime but staff is told they can't have or create ovettime(alot of double standards expecally with teamleafers). I have seen. Alot of this. This company has changed for the worse in the last years. The ownets need to check out how things were ran before and take notes,they also need to check their teamleaders a little closer,because of the way they treat and talk to their residents and staff and get away with it.
