I took my new Yamaha 115 with 53hrs total time in for a clogged fuel injector. Said he could fixed it for $279. When I picked up my boat he charged me $715. Said it also needed a tuneup and a oil change NOT!!! but he took it upon himself to do it and charge me and he couldn't produce the parts he supposedly replaced. Then when I got home and test drove the boat he hadn't even fixed the problem. It still ran with a plugged injector. When I went back to complain he told me it wasn't his fault and I needed motor electronics replaced. He is a crook. Holcomb couldn't fix a row boat and would charge you for a tune-up on it. Left his place took my boat to TOMS MARINE in Olympia. He fixed my motor in less than 3 hrs.

My card on my Suzuki DF9.9 needed adjustment, he claimed he spent 4 hours cleaning it and an hour tuning it, the bill was $450.00, I can by a new carb for $270.00. I checked, he did not even take the carb off, just sprayed it with carb cleaner. I would trust him about as far as I could spit, drive a little save a whole lot.
