Provided by YP.comJust know that you are going to pay $148 a month in HOA fees with a small playground as its only activity amenity. There is no community center, pool, sports grounds, etc. Also, it is advertised as a gated community. It has a gate closed at times, but lacks walls on the west and north sides of community-so what's the point?
