Terrible customer service the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. She was argumentative, paranoid, (the reason why -- is I asked for her first name for my records, that is after she took, all my information and she refused), in any case, the receptionist will harass and malign you, so think before you pay a hefty retainer to this firm, because she is the gatekeeper, and a mean one at that...
