We called Bubnic for a new awning for our camper. They told me it would be a month before it came in. (of course after asking for a $500 payment towards it and cashed my check on 5-16) The month came and went so I called. They said it was never ordered (wait...what??!!!). They said they would now order it. The person I spoke with now says it was indeed ordered but their was a mix up somehow. Now here it is 7/25 and no awning and they have no idea when it will be here and never call. They have never apologized for the supposed mix up and he is very short with me when I speak to him. I could not recommend them and I'm currently looking around to find an awning so I can move on. We will not be back to Bubnic.

I purchased a used jayco from an add that they had put on craigslist. Bubnich motors seemed very helpful and nice but if they indeed knew what they were selling me I hope they do not sleep well at night. I thought that I was getting a good deal on what seemed like a very nice 2001 Jayco. I went over everything that I thought looked like it may need work but seemed minor. I brought it home on a wed. went camping with it on Friday. pulled the awning out on sat morning and it boke completely off the trailer. All the wood under the siding is rotten. the entire back wall needs to be taken off and replaced along with flooring and walls up to the back wheels. They told me there had been a leak but it was fixed and no longer leaked. what they didn't tell me was that the fix was a quick cover up on the inside walls and floors. they did not fix what had been rotting away for what I have now been told at least 2 years to get that much rotten wood. when the siding from the back of the trailer was pulled off the wood inside crumbled to pieces. Bubnich motors said that they had just received it in as a trade on a new camper. If they did not know how seriously bad condition this camper was in, they need to start doing a better job at inspecting so that they are not selling lemons to their customers. If they did know and just covered it up.... I know that I can not do anything about it as I bought it as is. lesson learned and as I said...I hope they do not sleep well at night with this on their conscience.
