Installed cracked basement window after new basement pour. This was in October, 2017, now March 2018, still not resolved. Many unanswered phone calls, left us without a window for part of the time. Window installed now doesn't fit properly, air freely moves in and out. Finally got a hold of him after using different phone number, and he hung up on me. Has been an expensive winter trying to get this fixed.
