Only sorry that I can't give it Zero Stars;
not an option.
STAY AWAY...One delay and lie after another.
Bottom line: MacBook with him for 8.5 weeks, multiple trips out of town, ended up picking it up NOT repaired. Orders cheap parts from China with rudiculous ETA's but promises work completed in a week. He will tell you: "You would paid 3 times more to have fixed elsewhere..."...blah bla Bla.
Trust me, go elsewhere and Avoid Like the Plauge!

STAY AWAY!!!! Paid to have tablet fixed....still doesn't work, he said it would take 3-7 days, after two weeks I had to travel farther just to get it back. TOTAL rip Off!!
