Allied Siding installed new siding on my Memorial Park Townhouse in September 2014. I do not live in the townhouse and it has been vacant. I am renovating to sell. Th siding was installed to my satisfaction and was very good job.

I only noticed recently that the the rain was pouring out of the wrong end of the gutters due to the gutters being re-installed leveled poorly.

I contacted the project manager, Ruben Lara, about this in November 2015. He inspected it and said he would send a crew to repair. He never did follow-up.

I contacted Allied Siding in January 2016 and they declined to make good on their guarantee. and have not resolved the problem. They claim Ruben Lara is no longer affiliated with them and will not stand by their work.

i have had the gutters inspected by the original installer who reported that the gutter were re-installed improperly and not leveled and gutter brackets not properly re-installed by Alludes's crews.

Avoid

Do not use these guys. Forced us to sign a contingency loss contract after Ike in order to install tarp on home. They do not return calls or emails. Only way to talk to people is if they mistakenly answer the phone on the first ring. Started wanting cash in advance of work when insurance proceeds came in but would not update estimate to agree with verbal agreements. We were able to get out of contract by ultimately paying about $2k for tarp installation, which was about all they did in 4 months. Use at your own risk.

Beware

Very arrogant, and overpriced. From what I found out, they charge usually double what the other estimates I got.
