These apartments are fantastic. Aline is the best up front. Her and Jessica are always willing to help. They are very friendly and the apartments are super quiet and very safe. I would recommend to anybody looking for an upper class place to rent.

The pool is full of loud kids and a lot of people that move come back to use the pool. don't worry about the gates there is someone coming in all hours and you will not have a wait. If your upstairs neighbors have a TV you should watch the same show(because you will be listening to it) Don't forget about the water bill. you pay for your part of them watering the grounds and they water a lot. AND THAT'S NOT THE WORST. When you move You leave it like you were never there, you give 60 days notice, you check out at the office to get a final bill, you drop off all keys and remotes

AND YOU GET A BILL A YEAR LATER FROM A COLLECTION COMPANY. SO YOU CALL YOU GO BY AND YOU WORK IT OUT YOU PAY WHAT THEY ASK. AND A YEAR LATER YOU GET A BILL FROM ANOTHER COLLECTION COMPANY. THE MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS NEW AND CAN'T REMEMBER YOU OR THAT YOU PAID.

I HAVE A LETTER FROM THEM SAYING PAID IN FULL. SO I AM NOT JUST A LITTLE PISSED NOW I MUST SPEND MORE TIME AND FIX MY CREDIT AGAIN FROM THEM

DO NOT LIVE IN A CAMDEN APT. RUN RUN RUN. They look nice but what a nightmare. I paid rent early never late I staid an extra 30 days as per my lease notice to leave. lest frig, stove walls carpet all like i was never there. and the do this to me.
