This is the most excellent computer repair shop that I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Unfortunately, it can take up to a week for them to get around to working on your PC because they are so good and reliable, that they're always busy.

I've seen Ben, the nice guy who works with the owner, go in and manually find a Trojan or virus that even the best software couldn't find!

They are also extremely competitive on their hardware prices and usually meet or beat the large chains like Fry's, for example. This shop doesn't even charge for labor if you purchase a part for your machine from them.

J-tech will never try to up sell you by selling you things that you don't need, and I find this very refreshing nowadays! I had them completely redo my machine a couple of years ago and it was like new when they finished with it.

I can't say enough about them but you won't be sorry that you used them!

I came in asking to have liquid cooling installed because my computer was so loud. However, I was told by the technician that there was just some packing material in the computer making it loud. After removal of the packing material, the computer ran quiet and I was able to return the parts I bought, I wasn't charged anything. J-Tech was very honest and fair to me, I'll go back for all my computing needs in the future.
