Provided by YP.comSuper bad experience with parkway Chevrolet. They total don't care about you and your purchase all the care about is they get a sale and not bother to check in to see if you have any question or concerns in regards to your purchase, will never shop there again!

Provided by YPmobileI was so happy with my experience at parkway. My salesman Chris Benton was so helpful and informative. I was very happy with the no pressure atmosphere much unlike any other dealership I have ever been too

Provided by YPmobileI was recently in the market for a truck. I called alot of dealerships and was hounded by all except Parkway. The salesman Ike Ferrel called and got what I was looking for and we scheduled a time for me to come in. Came in and was treated with respect and honesty. I was too upside down in my trade. But the the whole experience was awesome. I did not feel pressured at all. Would recommend to my friends. Ike is a very good salesman! Thanks for you honesty and hospitality!

Provided by YP.comI bought a car here. Day 1, the wiper sprinklers never worked until now. A month later the power steering stopped working. The worst is... No matter how you ask them to repair the problem or exchange the car with another one, they wont. They want you to trade it in and starrt over like buying a new one with tremendous increase in a monthly payment. I am extremely disappointed in this branch. For about 6 months I tried to allow them to fix the problem. They simply wont. I felt tricked. My family's SAFETY is jeopardised each time I put them in this car. Worst is, I have to keep paying for it for 6 more years.

Provided by YP.comI purchased my car here in Jan. 2011, and since that time I have had terrible service thru this dealership. I am surprised at the lack of concern the owner and the so called managment team have in regards to the product and services they represent ! My car has been in there shop roughly 10 + on seperate occasions. It all began with the tires and rims going out on a brand new car scratched and then being given back to me with mix matched tires and a failure to reset pressure gages and my car dinging miserably, then onto the numerous times that my cars check engine light comes on because of the emmissions every 8000 miles...REALLY !!!! Four times so far, just to be told it is me....but the check engine light comes on....I guess that is my mystical powers. Well in the process my headliner, and visor had to be replaced because of the grease left on the inside to which resulted in the molding being damaged during THAT process...Then a recall to which the seat (which is leather needed work), which resulted in another trip because the back of the seat is coming apart AGAIN!!! So forward to the last visit, which is my transmission. They said it was my fault because of road hazard, which they declared before it was ever looked at ! so I file a insurance claim, after three weeks, I go to pick it up to find my check engine light on !!!!!!! I was livid....after some time of inability to find a manager/owner to speak to, I got Joe Barrios the "SERVICE MANAGER"....what a joke! Needless to say , that was a total waste of time, he informed me I did not know what I was talking about in regards to the inadequate service I was receiving, even though I was holding copies of ALL of my visits into there shop. To which several words were exchanged to me saying" I could not wait to get rid of my car " to which he replied "He could not wait either so that he would not have to see me again"
To this day, which is Monday, January ,16,2012 ...I have not received a phone call from Mrs. Durden, her son Forbes or any other person at this dealership. I HAVE called and left messages for both but I guess they are just to busy !
I would not ever recommend anyone to this dealership and at any chance I get, I will let someone know about my experience with the staff...
Chevrolet should really pick and choose a little better whom they get to represent there name, oh and KIA too.....

Provided by YP.comDO NOT PAY FOR NAVIGATION! Our new 2009 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ came with a $3000 Navigation System that doesn't work! When we test drove our vehicle the Navigation DVD was not in the system, therefore, you could not test it. It wasn’t until we took delivery of the vehicle and arrived at home that we discovered this serious problem and contacted our salesperson. I truly feel ripped off and cheated after paying $3000 for such an upgrade that obviously was falsely advertised to us at the time of purchase.
Parkway Chevrolet has had our vehicle longer than we have since we purchased it and has placed hundreds of test miles on it, not to mention dings and scratches that have added character to our new vehicle. The dealership has concluded that there is absolutely nothing that they can do for us. They won't even refund our $3000 for the system that doesn't work. They also had a General Motors Representative visit and test drive our vehicle and he also will do nothing for us, as well. The owner of this dealership is extremely rude and unprofessional and I won't even waste your time to speak of the service department’s management and staff’s unprofessional customer service skills. The only pleasant person is their wonderful day-time receptionist. Parkway wanted to blame GM for all the problems with our vehicle.
The dealership’s service manager first accused our after-market Clifford alarm system of causing the problem, so we contacted the installer and had it removed (another $600 loss), even though we called and complained the first night before the alarm was installed. Our navigation system will not get you to an entered destination. It doesn’t even get close to the target. When you attempt to display your current location, it is off by several blocks from the actual GPS location. The only thing that is accurate is the display icon that shows your current location on the displayed navigation map. Why would you purchase such an upgrade at such a high cost that doesn’t provide accurate information? It is worthless!
