Horrible management. Pure and simple the worst place to live. My home is comfortable but it is always a struggle to deal with management. Main corporate office in Utah is just as pathetic. Maria, office manager, is a liar, a cheater, she contracts people to do work that have no idea what the hell they are doing and they seem to be related. It's like a mafia. The city, state and state of Utah need to legally take action against Kingsley Management and this place.

Run!!! We haven't been here very long and have already had several problems. Management is unwilling to repair almost everything broken. Place was not move in ready when we moved in. It was FULL of roaches and I mean full. They didn't even want to send anyone out here to spray the bugs. The kids slide at the park is missing 75% of it. If a kid tried to go down it since it's not blocked off they would have a very hard fall.These are just a few things. Look elsewhere.

I've been here for about a year. Rent is due on the 1st of the month but you have a grace period til the 3rd. Today is the 1st and I just got a 3 day notice to vacate due to nonpayment of rent. The yards are not cut properly. The weed eating doesn't get done. And they usually just spray weed killer which makes my dogs sick. If you're even half intelligent do not rent here. It's probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The pool is nasty and if they tell you there's a weight room don't believe it. They put up a good front but the rear really stinks. Once you're in you're stuck. Run as fast as you can away from this place.

Stay away. Definitely not a place for families. They obviously do not conduct background checks on their renters because they have a serious crime issue on the property that consistently goes ignored. The living accommodations are deplorable. The homes are teaming with bugs and stay animals that get underneath your home and ruin the ductwork because management can't be bothered to fix anything. I couldn't get away fast enough.

My family and have been unfortunate enough to have lived here nearly 9 years now. It has steadily gone downhill. Especially in the last few years. Management is terrible! They do not know what customer service is! They are rude, bossy and just generally mean! It is my opinion that the last few managers with the exception of one white lady manager, (she was quickly fired) are racist toward white people. Upkeep is terrible! They demand that homeowners adhere to a strict upkeep of their house and grounds yet they do not maintain the neighborhood! The pool is constantly green or not nearly enough chemicals to kill germs. I use a chemical tester every year and it fails miserably. Few times we swam anyway, kids got sick! Supposed to have a weight room available. It hasn't been available for years! Yard maintenance is horrible yet we still have an increase in rent listed as yard maintenance expense when that is supposed to be already in rent! One time grass got knee high! Edging is sloppy at best or not done at all. When they do mow they scalp the grass so low that it dies yet they tell us to water and maintain the yards! Impossible! Streets have large holes and curbs are cracked, broken, falling apart, or have been neglected so as it is missing altogether! Street lights are out in several places throughout and this has been for years and years! First year we moved in it was nice, now its atrocious! SAVE YOURSELVES and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
