Provided by YP.comGot my 2009 Suzuki Boulevard to them twice.. First time it was to replace the front tire.. They put a new one but they probably did a horrendous job as the air leaks so quick that I need to put air every Sunday.. second time was because my motorcycle would not start.. They said it was the starter.. I paid $700 but that did not seem to have fixed the problem as I was getting it intermittently after they put the new one.. I then took it to the Katy location and they said it was the battery.. and now I do not have the problem anymore.. So looks like the starter was always ok but they again did a horrible job

Provided by YPmobileTook my bike in for a new starter motor, while they had it apart they asked if I wanted the carbs cleaned. I said, sure. 2 months later I get my bike back after numerous phone calls asking on the progress. They scratched my bike then as I was riding it home a grip fell off & my bike used to get 38 miles to the gallon, after they worked on it the mileage was 38 miles to the TANK!!! Rode it back, asked them to correctly adjust it. They charged me ANOTHER $280 ANOTHER TWO WEEKS and it still runs rougher than it ever did, and now backfires too!!! Called AGAIN to ask them to adjust it PROPERLY!! Was told the service manager would call me back...ask me if I received a phone call!?!?

Provided by YP.comSmall dealership - usually overpriced. Example: They wanted $20 for a $10 tube that I picked up at a dealership just on the other side of town. Called about dyno tuning, they said that they have a dyno but they don't offer the service. No help from them on finding anyone else to dyno tune my bike. I don't shop here unless they are the LAST PLACE TO CHECK. I have driven over an hour out of my way to avoid using them.
