This company sucks!! you can not get in touch with them at all.

We just heard that we can only use 4 cans!!! we have 6 people in our residence and lived here for 16 years!!!! we only get picked up once a week and I just wish I could reach someone to chew them out!!!!!

If there was a negative star option - this company would have it. They make up rules as they go along, but they have now met someone who isn't going to put up with the BS. A company cannot arbitrarily makeup # of bag rules after collecting the exact same amount of bags left curbside for almost a year.

I along with everyone here agree wish there was a negative star! I wish I would have seen the reviews before doing business with this company! Don't do it tell your friends and any other commercial company interested. We pay for service 3xa week and only get one or two days of service. It's really sad! So don't deal with a company that only wants you're money!

I wish there were negative stars. Never do business with this company! They took over our recycling and haven't picked up in over a month. Service is non-existent. They claim to have picked up but the bins are still out at the curb and full. We miss our old reliable company and can't wait to get away from these folks. Talk about waste!!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have endured in some time. Signed on, paid for 3 months, and never picked up my trash for 3 weeks. Also never delivered can as promised. Spoke on the phone numerous times - never returned calls or assisted with refund. Still on hold now to speak to manager who is always in a 'meeting'...

Also terrible. Always put on hold and have to wait forever to speak to anyone. Always billing problems. Missed pickups and they won't come back, bad attitude with customers, etc. Not the way a professional company should act.
