I'd give them no rating at all but I can't apparently. They should not be in business. EXTORTION, EXTORTION, EXTORTION!!! This "business" is a complete group of scam artists that lie, cheat, steal, manipulate and extort. They are 1% so it seems great but you will be SO unbelievably sorry after you use them. They want as many co-signers as possible so they can call and harass them for more money every day while telling you, "we can help you if you give us more money"...AFTER YOU ALREADY PAID THEM!!! And tell your loved one in jail or prison to "refer us more people (inmates), be patient, and then you'll get out". They will take your money and not do what they are supposed to do and manipulate you into thinking they are getting your loved one out right away....WHICH IS NOT TRUE. The men on the phone there (spoke to a Javier and a Jeff) are rude and lie. Was given the name of a man who "supposedly" was the owner or person in charge...called...NOBODY BY THE NAME GIVEN WORKS THERE!!! They probably give all fake names to hide their identity because of how horrible they treat you and your loved one that you are trying to help. IT'S ALLLLL B/S!!! DO NOT EVER CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR HELP...AT ANY LOCATION THEY HAVE. It is NOT worth all the stress and suffering they put EVERYONE who is involved.
