Besides being a great dry cleaner they also do excellent alterations. Rania altered the waist band of pants and skirt for me that were very difficult (and I can sew). She did a first class job. Great work! :)

I brought my dress here for my best friends wedding and I was the maid of honor. I just needed the bottom length brought up about 2 inches, and the one strap tightened a bit... Well, I picked my dress up 12 hours before the wedding and when I put it on, the back was 2 inches shy of bein able to zipper!!! I almost had to withdraw myself from her wedding. It took 2 people, one man, to pull the dress together, with no oxygen to my lungs for 5 hours, and a huge set of boobs popping out of the top all night, to make the dress work. Rolls handing over the back, and I don't have rolls... I brought the dress in after the wedding and the seamstress would not give me my money back or anything for that matter, she basically said it was my fault!!!!! DO NOT USE Bay Cleaners on Fischer Ave. Toms River , NJ for anything that you need, especially one of the most important events you may have... Horrible customer service skills..
