I did not even think they deserve a star! My wife went last week. The change was missing out of her dash dish. Her windows were dirty and her floor mats were un touched after getting the works with rain guard! I went this morning and wished I never left a tip on top of my $30.70 wash and a freshner. My windows were smeared, my rear seat left un vacuumed, my dash was as dusty as when I brought it, and they never said your car is ready. they just walked away and started to mess up the next car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO FREEHOLD FOR A PROFESSIONAL JOB!!! This place is a waste of money, time and energy. Oh and change from your ashtray!

Check your vehicle carefully for scratches before you go. Granted, I brought in my 10 year old Durango, and it did already have a few parking lot rub marks on the rubber bumpers. But as my vehicle was going through the wash, I immediately noticed red scratch marks on my driver's door and the front fender flare. When it came out, I told the guy drying the car that "I know it's old, but I really don't think those scratches were there". They were pretty deep, and i really think I would have seen them on the Driver's door. Roman the Manager came over, and he showed me the soft brushes that they use for the manual part of the cleaning, and the material used in the automated part. Well yeah, I could see that through the window, So they accepted no blame and I left. When I got home, I found deep scratches on the back right side, all the way up about six inches from the roof, so about four feet high. No way those were already there. I'll never go again.

Love this new car wash! Ordered the works and they sure delivered!! Felt as if my car was fully detailed. WoW!
