You hear about such horror stories in the moving industry. That was NOT MY EXPERIENCE. Jeff the owner is the most honest, candid and scrupulous businessman I've encountered! Thank you Jeff for your all your help. I wish you continued success!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently used this service to move from NYC to Minnesota. When they picked up my boxes, they charged me an additional 100 dollars because they claimed they couldn't pull up to the building, which was inaccurate. They gave us a time frame from 9am-11am but came at 1pm. Next, we were told that my boxes would be delivered within 7-10 days, but my boxes came 17 days later. They were supposed to give us 24 hour notice, but they never did, we had to keep calling them. The worst part is they LOST one of my boxes and another item. I've tried calling the company and they were unable to locate it! My boxes were also placed in the rain and many were ruined. The company is not returning my phone calls or AT ALL HELPFUL.

My Sister and I just moved from Howell to Montclair and we had to find movers that could take all our boxes (close to 60 of them) and all the furniture we had. We found that the BBB gave this company a satisfactory rating so we decided to go with them--- plus they offered a lower rate than many other companies we called.



A person came by two days before the moved and inspected what they would need to be hauling, checked out the house to make sure they could get through the stairs, etc, and explained how the estimate was being totaled and answered all our questions. The day of the move, they showed up right on time, checked in with us, we showed them what furniture to take, and they got started. The three men we had were VERY nice, VERY polite, and helped us in any way they could. They handled our items very quickly but also very very carefully and wrapped up all our furniture.



They had to take a different route than us, but they didn't make any stops and got there as soon as we showed up at the house! By the time they were finished unloading, there was still plenty of time left over, so I didn't even have to pay the amount that was on the estimate!!!



They are wonderful movers and it made the rest of the day of moving a breeze. I'm so happy we called them and I will be recommending them to many other people as well. They do mostly Central Jersey, but will move you where ever you need in NJ and some other states.



Now I understand why this business has been around for so long :)
