Ship to Shore Counceling/Crp...When I originally called to make my appointment I explained why I was coming..So I get to my appointment and was told to fill out the package...I asked the receptionist where is pages 4=5 it says to fill out all pages..I give her back the board and she gives me the health questionnaire to fill out...I went over all papers that I though...The receptionist took my package and my co payment...I see Steven who was nice and he ask what's going on, so I explain then he tells me we don't give out certain medication it was in your welcome package and I told him if I would of seen that then I would not of came since in specifically explained with my initial call...I then asked for counseling a social worker...they don't offer that...This was not a professional office I have called numerous times to cancel my next appointment I no longer need their services...The way Mental Health is so bad now you would think this office would of been a little more empathic to people who are trying to get better.

I've had a great experience in dealing with Nicole Palmere,she is very sympathetic and comes across very friendly and kind.I have been receiving treatment from her office for the past 7 months through the pandemic. They really have been there for me.She always comes up with a solution to whatever I can't figure out for myself.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nicole was not friendly and did not make me feel like she had any idea what she was doing. I got the gene test done during my appointment and was told it would be emailed to me or I could easily come pick it up. Neither of that was true. I tried calling for 3 weeks after my appointment to get my results. No one answers the phone nor do they return your phone calls. Once I finally was in touch with someone I asked when I could pick up my results and was told I had to come in and pay for another appointment to receive them. It is illegal in New Jersey to withhold a patients medical records and to require a handling fee for them which is exactly what they were trying to do to me. I was originally calling to make an appointment with Christine and was recommended to Nicole and was never told her last name. When I asked Nicole her last name on the phone she told me I could “come in and get it” She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am struggling so hard and have been trying so many medications and all I’m trying to do is find out what medications work best for me so I can feel better that was the point of the gene test. Nicole was aware of the pain and discomfort I am in and knew this test could really help and still chose to keep these results from me. For someone who works in a mental health profession you think she would be more understanding of this. I do not recommend her if you are really struggling with mental health issues and are looking for someone who is caring and compassionate and willing to help you get better.
