I agree with Lisa’s comment below as we became his victim to the exact same issue!! We gave him all the paperwork and documents needed, we even contacted him a week prior to assure all was in place and to go over arguments, etc. He denied us the opportunity to meet and he DID NOT give the documentation we provided to the judge.
