The negative reviews all over the Internet are truthful. We were given the run around and zero service. The customer service reps were insulting. The owner has yet to return my call, after asking to speak to him. I want make sure that families on Staten Island and New Jersey know what a terrible experience I had in hopes others do not have their valuable time wasted in the same way we did, with a business such as this. Luckily customers are able to share their experiences with others via reviews and social media. I wish I would have read the reviews before letting them into my home. Btw, Slander is the action or crime of making a FALSE statement damaging to a person's reputation, Steve. There is nothing false in saying that Dependable Appliance Service of SI & NJ did not keep their appointment time, were unable to accurately assess an appliance's problem/needs, return calls, order parts in a timely fashion, admit shortcomings, and respect the customer &warranty company that hired them

This business has terrible customer service and a crappy repair guarantee. After complaining that they failed to repair my fridge on 2 separate occasions, they where asked to come out a 3rd time...! Debbie, informed me they would be charging me $65 for a service call which I refused to pay, she told me to get someone else, I told her to go F.



I will get someone else who understands what it means to fix something right the 1st time and if not to come back free of charge until it's right. I would avoid these guys if possible.
