My family has been using DOVER OIL since 1950's. Use to love watching the oil delivery as a kid! They have always been prompt, courteous and reliable. Today I called because my Air Conditioner wasn't working. They open at 8 but Casey called me at 7AM to tell me they would be out to my house this morning. 9:20 AM and they just left and the air is on. Absolutely one of the best companies to deal with!

They can deliver oil I AM GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. If you have a boiler issue only one tech who is from costa rica has a clue. Had 3 techs come out to fix a problem. First time it fired up before the tech arrived and worked fine he lookek at it changed a filter. 2 weeks later out again another tech I had already found the problem. The tech changed the temp control unit and decided to change my nozzle size. Well a month later my furnace started blowing out soot all over the basement. Turns out 2nd tech didn't adjust correct. I only noticed the soot issue cause we ate through a whole tank of oil in a month. There was soot everywhere. My boiler is pristine call they have a 3rd tech out. Guy looked like a sloth. worked on boiler wouldn't tell me what he fixed. Returned home to find my boiler half apart screws missing looked like it was hit by a truck. Wish I could post pics on here. Call and get the costa rican tech tell him we need him out. Even he was like WTF your boiler looks destroyed. he spends a few hours fixing the sheet metal and finding the missing screws under the boiler. Call the owner pretty much says is your boiler running F.U. that all im required to do. Not to mention I ate through $200 worth of oil because it wasn't running correct. So Im not going to use them and I suggest to any one else they do the same.

Nicest employees, knowledgeable and reliable. Low prices for the market. I had called other companies for service but had gotten rude customer service and people that didn't know what they were talking about. Dover oil was so friendly and out quickly. I wanted to leave a review since there aren't many out there.

I ran out of oil and called at 8:15 AM on a saturday morning -I had used them before and the woman who answered the phone remembered that I had children- she told me she would get a delivery out to me as soon as possible- they were at my house by 8:30
