John was the only contractor who responded to our cry for help after tens of calls to all local companies begging to start the timer (we are leaving for vacation tomorrow for 2 weeks with non working sprinkler) . Our service contractor was willing to change whole pump because of the leaking plug and to charge us $1,050. He canceled our service when we told him that our neighbor fixed the leak in 10 min and for free . John who is very busy came, started the system and refused to accept money joking that he would feel sorry for the future of our lawn. He made our day not because our lawn has the water now. More important is a human factor and positive attitude which we miss a lot in our lives. Thanks a lot John and our best wishes to you!!!!!!
