I go drive thru this store two times a week, when I am in the area, to get my coffee. I prefer McD's coffee to the 2 DD's and one WaWa I pass along my route. On occasion, I will get the wrong order, but this week, BOTH DAYS, my coffee had milk in it! I am very clear when I state my order: Large coffee, half regular, half decaf, and BLACK, NOTHING IN IT. I speak slowly and clearly, knowing that drive-thru intercoms are not always the best, yet two days in a row, I have MILK in my coffee. Luckily, I am do not have any medical issues with dairy. Probably my own fault because I should hold up the line and pull up the lid and check before I drive away. I will be dong this in the future, becasue the taste of milk in my mouth right now is kind of gross. So if you go to this McDonald's, be sure to check your order before you leave!

I am not a person that goes to a fast food restaurant very often, but when I do go I like the person (or persons) waiting on me to be friendly and courteous. When I went earlier in the week several were just standing around talking and ignoring customers. The second time I went I said "hi" and got no response or smile. When you deal with the public this is a very important quality to have. If you don't like your job move on because there is always someone to take your place.
