I beg to differ with the other reviews. I am not a patient but my mother is. She has had several issues at her ripe age of 89. Everytime I have called the staff has been very helpful, courteous, and professional. They were able to get her in on an emergency basis several times with no hesitation. Dr. Feckery has been patient, sympathetic, and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a very bad experience recently and I would like to prevent others from having this experience. One of the doctors handed me a prescription for an ultrasound after an annual visit with no explanation and told me I would need to have my uterus removed then left the exam room.She did not want to answer any questions,just said go for the test. It is now a month later I went for the test picked up the results and got a second opinion. The new doctor explained everything to me and what my treatment options were none of which were having my uterus removed. It made for a very stressful and upsetting 4 weeks caused by this experience.As yet I never even heard from this doctor as to the results of this test. I have worked as a therapist in healthcare for 26 years and I would never treat a patient like that. You can definitely improve the quality of patient experience with feed back.

Do not go here ....front staff could care less...almost overdosed on depo shot because there comp system was wrong ...i could have got a bad blood clot or died ....and of course they act like its no big deal
