Last year I bought a tire here (for a brand/bike they don't sell) and was offered to have it mounted there, but I chose not to. Recently I contacted them to get a set of tires and have them mounted (as after issues, I'd never return to the other nearby shop) and Tony informed me that they could not set me up with tires, because they don't work on that brand. I emailed him back telling him of last year and haven't received a response. Unprofessional. I plan on buying a new bike, a brand they do sell, but between this encounter and previously looking at bikes in the store and no one offering to help (just stood around talking/on their phones) I will NOT be going back here. I'd rather take the drive up to Middletown, where those guys actually offered help when I went in looking at bikes. Good job, Ocean County Powersports...

I took my quad in for service for a fuel leak and also a coolant leak. I was told by tony santiago the service manager his mechanics could not find any leaks. However it had a bad cooling fan bearing. It was under warranty so I had them do it. I was told it would be about three days. Three weekends and six non- returned calls later, I finely got the call to pick it up. When tony asked for money I simply ask if there was anything he could do about the price. He immediately became over the top defensive and threading. I was shocked. How could a businesses let such a person represent there company. I paid and I was threaten to leave his shop. He could have been polite, I would still be a loyal costumer. Costumer service is important in the days of the social media. I just wanted an explanation or an apology not a fight.

Knowledgable staff... Large inventory... Great service department... Best place to go for all your power sport and motorcycle needs... Everyone needs a few toys... :)

Love this store. Just bought a honda trx250ex and i was very pleased with the respect and hospitality i got from the employes I will come back for when ever i will get a new toy !!!
