Today I called office 7 times between 1115 and 1200 the machine cut me off. What if this was a medical emergency

Hands down the worst experience of my life. They had 4 days to get medical records that they failed to retrieve and when we got there they happily took our Co pay and had us wait for 40 minutes before rudely being told by the Dr that she can't do anything. The entire staff is nasty and Incompetent. The icing on the cake is that they refuse to refund the co pay, are completely rude and unapologetic, and blamed me for their failure to get the medical records from the hospital. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else

can someone give me address of this classy dr office so i can get records and go somewhere else..

I now know why I couldn't schedule an appointment in advance to see Dr Lanza, they were moving the office. Hmmmm why such secrecy? Normally the patients are informed well in advance and not left in the dark. I can agree with others, excellent doctors but nasty, rude and ignorant staff. Such a shame.....

well...where do i begin...i guess by saying they secretly moved the office to church rd. after 3 weeks of me calling and leaving messages with the service for a call back which I NEVER RECEIVED....i strolled into the new secret office. no one there but the nasty staff. they said they (the staff) were working from their homes for all that time returning calls etc. i said i didnt receive any call. well did you leave a message? yea about 4 or 5. said i needed to schedule an appointment. i looked around, there was noone there. why couldnt i be seen. they told me they werent even sure which dr was there when i specifically asked for dr. destasio. wound up dr. lanza was there. ummm they wouldnt see me, so i will be signing release forms for my records. this has been a nightmare. im tired of waiting to make appts. you get there before your scheduled time, and wind up sitting at least 2-3 hours. you must be kidding. DONE...I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE MOVE ON. I RAN 2 MEDICAL BUSINESSES AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING SO INCONSIDERATE.

I waited 48 minutes for a Flu shot, on a scheduled appointment. I was told they were waiting for rooms to open, when i had visited the facilities minutes before and saw 4 open rooms. LIARS. A 5 minute shot turned into a 47 minute process, where I had to leave, without a shot, while I saw the nurse smoking a cigarette outside as I stormed out. Good doctors with a horrible management and business sense, look elsewhere

The staff is rude, arrogant and incompetant; getting them to do anything is like pulling teeth out of an infants' mouth. Be ready to wait for a good 2 hours, so and you can listen to all the other patients complaining about the same things and sharing germs as well. I do not suggest this doctors' office; ONLY because of the rude staff. If you are serious about your health, this is not the place for you; however if you enjoy being spoken to like an uneducated infant--if you enjoy having to place multiple calls and never get one in return, also good luck getting an appt.
