Had been looking for a house for my 3 children and I for the past few years. Finally I came across Statewide and they had made everything so much easier for me.

Just recently bought a house for my family after having a pretty nasty divorce. Being in the emotional state I was in, Statewide had helped me through every step of the process.

Wonderful experience overall, made the home buying experience so much easier. No complaints what so ever. If I had to do it again I definitely would.

They really made me feel welcome and like my opinion mattered, which is something rare in today market! I will be recommending them to friends and family!

First time buying a home and honestly could not ask for a better experience. Being a 20 year old in the market for a house is very difficult due to the lack of respect from many other companies. Statewide treated me as if I was family. Such a great experience.

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNRESPONSIVE. YOUR HOME WILL NEVER BE FINISHED.

I met with Statewide Modular about replacing my summer house. I had no idea of how modular homes are built or how much it would cost. They let me walk through their model home center and then answered all my questions. I then went and spoke with come traditional builders. It was an easy choice - Statewide Modular was the way to go. Great pricing and they let me design the plan for my house any way I wanted. I would reccomend Statewide to anyone lookin to rebuild at the shore

Terrible company ... keep looking for another builder. They will promise you the world but will never deliver - poor project management, lack of follow-up ... real scam artists!
