Vacuum is now like brand new!!
After not using my canister vacuum for 2 years because of a damaged power head, I brought it to Vacuum World, Toms River, for repair.
They required a small $10 deposit (which was applied to the repair bill) while they inspected & assessed repairs. Within 2 days they called to advise the problems found and cost to repair. After giving the go ahead to repair, the job was completed within 2 days!
The pricing was fair & reasonable & the owner is honest and knowledgeable with experience in the field.
They are also now selling flooring...carpeting and wood flooring!!

I brought my vacuum to Vacuum World for repair. The vacuum was a reputable brand name, six months old and cost approximately $80.00 new. Vacuum World attempted to charge $75.00 for "maintenance" on the vacuum which, in light of the situation, was unacceptable. In addition, their customer service skills were seriously lacking. I would not recommend Vacuum World to perspective customers seeking vacuum cleaner repairs.
