Both Victor and Luigi are great. You can't beat the price, they're great people and at the end, there's a straight razor involved! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a place that would be able to handle my very active 2 ur old and my 9yr olds nervous tendicies. I also didn't want to go broke. And victor was GREAT with the kids. And very patient and kind. I would recommend hem to my friends and family.

I shopped Tom's River on the phone looking for the best price for a buzz cut (since I'm trying to save with these outrageous gas prices), and found Victor S Barber Shop. Most places wanted around $15 or $14 for a buzz cut. Victor, the owner, only wanted $10. I thought I was just getting a great deal, so I headed over there. It turned out, I got a great haircut, too, and met a real nice person with a sense of humor. Thanks, Victor. It was great meeting you.
