I recently bought a groupon good for twenty windows cleaned ($69). When the man came in his small suv he had a bucket and a squeegee attached to the end of a broom stick. The job he did was less than poor. He used only water and left spots and streaks that made it look worse than the previously dirty windows. Then left. I went upstairs and noticed he didn't do the windows up there at all. I called the company and they sent him back to find out they don't do second floor windows. They are not insured to use ladders! So whatever he can reach with a broom is what gets done. Regardless of what you paid for. Supposedly they are going to come back with a longer broom stick. We shall see. Up to this point I would not reccomend their services.

Unprofessional. Highly disappointed.



I purchased this company's Groupon for washing 20 windows. Since I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Groupons in the past, I hesitated not a second.



However, my experience with this company has been less than stellar. I have been trying to contact them to set up a window washing appointment for the last 2 months. At first they told me that they were handling "Groupon customers" in the order of the calls. Since I called the day after their Groupon deal was posted, I should've been amongst the first few, but I was told that I wasn't up for service for a few weeks.



However, after a few weeks, when they didn't call to schedule an appointment, I called them in exasperation, and they tried to put it off for a few more weeks. I gave them more than enough time to call me back. Waiting nearly a month without a call from them, I was quite fed up.



I called up on Monday and insisted someone call me back. No-one did. I called yesterday and the lady very rudely told me that she will see what she has available and call me back. A day passed by and noone called When I called back today, she reminded me brusquely that she'll call me back when she knows. She refused to tell me when I might expect a call, or a service appointment. For a family waiting nearly 2 months, this was the last straw.



I've asked for a refund from Groupon, and will be taking my business elsewhere.



Leaving this review here for the benefit of others who might want to avoid such headaches in the future and do their due research before buying a Groupon for this company.

Didn't use a groupon but I've had them clean my air ducts as well as for for carpet cleaning. Extremely reliable service with courteous staff that is always prompt and does a great job, definitely recommend!

I bought this Groupon for 10 duct cleanings for $49. I thought it was a steal! I called the company and had to leave a VM because it was after hours, fine. No responses. I sent an e-mail to the company through their website. No responses. I then finally got a hold of someone on the phone and they said they were sorry for all the issues I was having and that it was unusual. She took my info down and said someone would call me first thing in the morning. No call! I called today and spoke with a nice woman who stated that after hours the VM service goes to corporate so most likely it was lost, that she personally checks the e-mails and doesn't know what happened as she has responded to all the e-mails that came in and she said it must be in limbo somewhere <chuckles to herself>, and finally she stated that the person who took my message the other day lost my number and that's why they couldn't call me back! What the......?! I did go a head with the service request after all this because I just need my ducts cleaned! She then said there will be a $4.29 tax on the date of service! I was like how is that so?! She said that's how they do their Groupons. I've never been charged taxes on my Groupons! I called Groupon and cancelled this Groupon and got a store credit due to the experience I endured. I then called the company back and CANCELLED! She seemed baffled! LOL Stay Away!!
