Spoke with Christine about our kayak needs and budget. She was able to show us the options and inform us on the differences between them. The staff seems very knowledgeable. They made an effort to ensure we were safe on the water. Christine was very patient with the questions coming from this novice kayak-er.

These owners are extremely rude and not professional. They will sell you anything you look at regardless if it fits your needs. I was cursed at and yelled at by the owner after I wanted a refund or exchange after they lied about the information of a kayak. I will never set foot in here again. You can buy their overpriced german Kayaks on Amazon for less money and less hassle. I actually recorded part of the conversation with the owner .
