Great Job On Fast Service, Friendly Service, and Quality Service. Sears wouldn't Honor Service Plan.

I thought for sure the starter on our furnace was shot, the technician could have easily replaced it and charged me for an expensive repair. It turned out that we simply needed a good cleaning, and that's what he did. He was polite, friendly, and prompt. You can't ask for much more.

Recently my furnace stopped blowing heat. knowing it was older I was worried ths could be the big one just before the holidays. I have had months of one bad crisis after another so when I called a different furnace man and he told me the furnace was shot, I was sure with the way things have been going he was right. The cost was the same as the first guy who tried to sell me a new furnace and did nothing! It was evident from the second Sam walked in the door that he was confident and knowledgable and it took him only seconds to diagnose and then fix the problem.
