Making an appointment with them is a joke. You schedule for Tuesday at 2pm take off work to be there then get a call at 3pm saying they are running late and need to reschedule. You reschedule take off work and the same thing happens again. Joel will promise you the world and deliver nothing on time or on cost and is never available to talk to because he's constantly on vacations so you have to deal with Julie. Julie has no customer service skills. She will call you a liar when she knows she is the one who is lying. Don't bother trying to get your money back from them so you can get a real plumber to come fix your pipes. They will feed you tons of stories about how the check is in the mail or how it takes weeks to cancel a check and write a new one. They moved to a different location too. I think it's to hide from angry customers!

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK WATERWORKS PLUMBING AND BACKFLOW FOR THEIR EXCEPTION SERVICE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED OLD FASHION SERVICE LIKE THAT IN YEARS. A VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL TECHINICIAN ARRIVED AT OUR HOME AND FIXED OUR PROBLEM. OUR HOT WATER TANK WAS LEAKING AND WE CALLED WATEWORKS AND RECEIVED SAMEDAY SERVICE. THE TECHINICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS IN GREAT DEAL. I WAS THRILLED WITH OUR SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND WATERWORKS PLUMBING AND BACKFLOW TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
