This project was to be a weekend job, starting Saturday at 12pm and finishing early Sunday evening so equipment could be moved back and we would be back in operation by Monday morning. We were told the workers would start work Saturday at 12:00pm. We closed at 1:00pm, waited for them for over an hour. As we were starting to leave, they arrived (around 2:15pm). They told us they would work until 7-8pm, but left around 6pm. They also told us they would start work at 8am Sunday, but didn't arrive until 9:30am. At this point very little work had been done. We told them we would have to come back around 5pm Sunday to move all the equipment back. The floors had been mostly completed by 6pm Sunday.

Some tiles around the toilet were loose and when stepped on, bubbles and liquid came up between the tiles. Apparently the toilet leaked water during installation (the toilet did not leak before). This still has not been fixed. We feel that they had to rush to install the floor because they weren't working when they said they would be and didn't have much time to do the job properly. No one ever called us to say they would be late to work or leave early. The floor does look nice, but we would not hire them again or recommend them.
