dccfianalist- were tenants with Premier. They were evicted due to non payment of rent. They obviously unhappy when they had to move. We try to treat everyone with respect. Their review is completely fabricated.

The first person I dealt with is the husband of the owner, his name is Andy Stetz. He is an elderly man who is probably the most arrogant man on the earth. He lied to my family to get us to rent a home. He did this by telling us he is willing to work with us with our move in deposit and pet deposit so it wont break us financially. Going through the home he lied to us about putting new carpet in and patching up holes (in which he did a shotty tacky job) after we signed the agreement he began acting very nasty and rude to my family. His wife Vicki Griffith who is the owner is worse. she is very arrogant and rude and treated my family very bad. I would not recommend this realty to my worse enemy. These people don't care about anyone but their selves and they are the worst kind of human being in the world and the way they treat people. I have spoken to others in Tooele where their business is and they have all said they have had a bad experience with these arrogant people.
