I hate to see the negativity about our local theater. It may not a megaplex, but it's a nice facility and it's great to have something nearby. The improvements are nice too. We hope to have them in business in our town for a long time.

Horrible customer service. Staff should learn how to treat customers professionally and at least a little bit politely. Don,t waste your money.

Stick to Netflix or visit the: " MOTOR VU THEATRE ". -- Tooele needs a: BRAND NEW THEATRE and STAFF.. -- The " RITZ " is better than this dump.. ( the " tweens " at Cinema 9 might give you a blow job though ) -- Too bad there is not an option for: " - 0, the black void of space AND your wallet! " -- Make the extra trip if you really want to see a movie and visit a decent movie theatre in Salt Lake City!

Great theater with a great staff.

I went on Sunday to cinema 6 and thought it was Preaty good. Descent screen rocking chair seats theater seating and clean enough. Sherlock Holmes has been out for a while that might have something to do with it. Its no diamond in a goats behind, Tooele is kind of the rear end of salt lake. Unless im on a hot date with my wife im not driving the 45 minutes for a name brand theater.

The screen is the smallest I've ever seen. Even though they have digital projector's they obviously don't keep them clean because the movie kept skipping. The staff didn't do even 1 theater check - so we had a group of kids screaming at the screen the whole movie. And when I went to complain they stared at me dumbfounded and told me send an e-mail via their website. I'll never waist money at this place again.
