Matt, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced at his work. You just knew when he was finished he'd done an exceptional job. We knew when he left we were going to love our new garage door opener, and that has been the case. Matt also was willing to come the very next day after we called him so this pleased us very much. Excellent quality job done! I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

This is one of the best service people I have ever encountered. He was polite, clean, and extremely trustworthy. I have had him to my home more than once, The man that installed my doors passed away and I was told by another friend to call Matt. I called him and got an answering machine, but my call was returned very shortly and he came over the same day. The first time he came, my door had a small problem that if I had been looking closer, I probably would have been able to figure out on my own, but I didn't , and he noticed it immediately. He said he would not charge me this time because he was in the area anyway. The second time I called him, I had a major problem. He explained the problem and fixed it promptly. The fee was very reasonable. I would recommend him to the best of my friends. He truly cares and backs up his work the old fashion way. You know that his word is his word. In these days when good service is hard to find, you will find it here. I was in the customer service business for 30 years and thought these type of people no longer existed. I was wrong. If you have a problem with your garage door, call him. I guarantee...you won't be disappointed.

Just had Matt over again. I thought my opener was shot. Matt diagnosed the problem quickly and explained that it was a worn shaft. he replaced it in short order and the price was much less than I expected. His communication on what day and when he could be at my home was excellent. I will continue to do business with A 1. If only all businesses could be this great.

Called Matt at 8 AM and requested he fix my broken torsion spring. Was there promptly and had my door functioning properly by 11:45. Reasonably priced, prompt and went extra mile to inspect opener, cables, rollers and hinges. Would recommend to a friend.

I have used this company many times. Each occassion was a pleasure. They came quickly.The work was done without ever an add-on, a hidden fee or exceeding the estimate. His charges have always been reasonable. On one occassion it was a minor fix and I wasn't charged at all. Any time I have a problem with my garage door I will call Matt immediately. I reccomend him with confidence that who ever uses his services, I am doing a favor for them by telling them about Matt's services.
